The room is approx. 16.5 qm in size and is available to rent from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. It is part of a beautiful, bright 5.5-room apartment with two bathrooms, two balconies (terraces) and a large living and dining area. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the apartment. A cellar compartment and bicycle cellar are also available. Included in the monthly rent of CHF 750.- are the utility costs for a cleaning person (1x weekly).

We are looking for someone between 25 and 40 years old. Non-smoker and without pets. Shared apartment experience desired. Ideally, you are employed or a student. Like us, you value cleanliness and appreciative interaction.
We are three approachable people (2m, 1w), employed or studying, often on the go, diversely interested and we enjoy doing sports. We are independent, but enjoy doing things together. We look forward to getting to know you.
