Room in a shared flat

We need the apartment as staff accommodation. This means that from Mon to Fri it is possible that one of us is in the living room/kitchen between 7 and 18.30. In general, however, only from 9 o'clock to approx. 14 o'clock. Therefore, we prefer someone who studies or works, so that we will hardly see each other.
Unfortunately, washing can only be done every 2 weeks.
I do not have a current photo, as the room is still rented. It has a wardrobe, a shelf, a bed and a desk.
930.- all inclusive, except SERAFE and internet/telephone.
Parking space for 2.0/ month additionally possible.
