Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 15,4 m² gross und verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum eigenen Bad mit Dusche, WC und Fenster. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen Küche, Wohn-/Essbereich, Waschturm, Kellerabteil und gedeckter Sitzplatz zur Verfügung.
Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 15–20 Gehminuten entfernt.
Ich bin 32 und suche eine zuverlässige, respektvolle und unkomplizierte Person für ein angenehmes WG-Zusammenleben.
Einzug: nach Vereinbarung
Miete: CHF 1’475.–/Monat
Optionaler Tiefgaragenplatz: CHF 175.–/Monat
Die neue Person soll nach Zustimmung der Verwaltung als gleichberechtigte Mietpartei aufgenommen werden.

The available room is approx. 15.4 m² and has direct access to a private bathroom with shower, toilet and window. The kitchen, living/dining area, washing tower, cellar storage and covered outdoor seating area are shared.
Rümlang train station and various shopping options are approx. 15–20 minutes away on foot.
I am 32 and looking for a reliable, respectful and easy-going person for a pleasant shared living arrangement.
Move-in: expected from the end of November 2026, exact date by arrangement.
Rent: CHF 1,475/month
Optional underground parking space: CHF 175/month
Subject to approval by the property management, the new tenant is intended to be added to the lease as an equal co-tenant.
