Room in a shared flat

I am looking to rent out a room in a newly built apartment in Bülach. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The apartment itself is 4.5 rooms, with a big kitchen/living room area with big TV and PS5, one main bathroom and one attached to the master bedroom as well as an extra room that can be used as an office, with has full home office setup. The apartment also has a loggia with glass walls. The main bathroom has both a washer and a dryer.

Around the apartment complex there are gyms (aktivfitness and more), grocery stores (migros and denner) and cafés as well as restaurants within a few minutes walk. The Bülach train station is 4 minutes walk away from the apartment and Zürich main station is reachable within 20 minutes. It is also easy to get to the airport with a direct bus.

I am 32M, working in Zurich, and pursuing a phd at the same time. So I would generally prefer a student, phd/postdoc, young professionals. We can negotiate the starting and end dates.
