Immediately or by arrangement, the largest room in my terraced semi-detached house is available. Sublease agreement for the room can be indefinite or by arrangement.

• Winterthur 15min train, 15min car, 20-25min bike
• Direct train to Zürich HB approx. 40min (morning/evening)

Rent incl. service charges 800.- plus 40.- communal costs (will be explained in more detail during the viewing). Serafe 17.50.- / month will be billed separately. Internet/WLAN is not included in the rent. You must arrange the internet yourself.

Who you will live with

I, Jonas, 32 years young, hearing impaired, professional musician, tidy and clean, live in a great home. As a self-employed professional musician, I practice handpan a lot at home and learn other instruments such as marimba, piano and synthesizer. This is basically to be tolerated in the coexistence. I am mostly at home during the week and away on the weekend. When I am not making music, I play together with my two wonderful cats Gio and Mia or head off to the gym.

What you bring

You are honest, clean, tidy, take care [of things] and also like an aesthetically furnished living style. You speak Swiss German and have a job. You do not consume drugs and are a non-smoker. You can tolerate music or the practicing of musical instruments.
