Room in a shared flat

My name is Marco, I am 32 years old and planning a short trip of two and a half months, from 26 December 2026 to the end of February 2027. I am therefore looking for a creative and motivated flatmate (m/f) who would like to temporarily represent me in the shared apartment where I live near Lake Zurich in Feldmeilen. The WG is a lively place of coexistence with plenty of space for conversations, shared dinners, new projects, and the personal development of all residents.
The maisonette apartment features a beautiful, bright kitchen, a bathroom, a WC, a separate shower, a spacious cellar, and a large living room (35 m²) with a charming tiled stove and lake view. We also have six bedrooms. Currently, 5 of the rooms are occupied, the last one is a guest room. My room has sun in the morning and a view of the garden. It also has practical direct access to the bathroom with shower and a toilet directly next to the room. I am renting the room including a French bed, a height-adjustable desk, a comfortable office chair, and a built-in wardrobe.
The price, including utilities and the furniture, is 800 CHF per month.
The bright apartment in a historic building is surrounded by greenery, between a vineyard and the community garden. This means that those who love the lake and the greenery are exactly right here. And if you occasionally feel like going to the city, you can reach the center of the city of Zürich in 20 minutes by train (stop Herrliberg-Feldmeilen).
We are Somea (29), who would like to be a squirrel that whistles loudly and flies from tree to tree. Marion (30), who feels most comfortable in, under, or above water. And finally Mark (31), a creative person with incredible manual skills and many ideas for new projects, for home and beyond. And finally Alexandra (37) and her incredibly cute cat.
All my flatmates work or study. Together we enjoy spending our free time outdoors, cooking and laughing with friends, experiencing small and large adventures, and starting new projects.
