Per 1.11.2026 suchen wir für unsere 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse an bester Lage in Zürich-Enge eine/n Nachmieter/in.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der denkmalgeschützten Villa Reiff, einem Jugendstilhaus von 1905/06 mit Sandsteinfassaden und kunstvollem Naturschieferdach. Das Haus wurde 2021 sorgfältig umgebaut und instand gesetzt. Dabei blieben die historischen Qualitäten erhalten, etwa die grossen Fenster, luftigen Wohnsalons, Deckendekors, Wandverkleidungen und Parkette. Bahnhof Enge, See und Arboretum sind in rund 4 Gehminuten erreichbar. Von dort bringt dich das Tram/die S-Bahn in 10 Minuten zum Zürich HB.

From 1 November 2026, we are looking for a successor tenant for our 3.5-room apartment with a large terrace in a prime location in Zurich-Enge.
The apartment is located in the listed Villa Reiff, an Art Nouveau building from 1905/06 with sandstone façades and an ornate natural slate roof. The building was carefully converted and restored in 2021. Its historic qualities were preserved, including the large windows, airy reception rooms, ornate ceilings, wall panelling and parquet floors. Enge station, the lake and the Arboretum are about a 4-minute walk away. From there, the tram/S-Bahn takes you to Zurich Main Station in 10 minutes.
The 3.5-room apartment is on the raised ground floor and is a true labour of love, full of charm and history. Particularly impressive are the ceiling height of around 4 m and the roughly 60 m² terrace, a rare outdoor space in the middle of the city.
