Room in a shared flat

We are offering a room for rent, for a woman only.

🚭 Non-smoking apartment: smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
🐾 No pets allowed.

We also have a 2 and a half year old child, who is at home only in the afternoon.

We are looking for a calm, clean and respectful person, for good cohabitation.
