I am Adam, 24, and am looking for a pleasant flatmate for my 80m² 4-room apartment.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 smaller room that is currently used as a laundry and storage room, a beautiful living room, bathroom, kitchen and a terrace facing south where the sun shines all day.

I work at a hotel reception, like to go snowboarding, swimming, to concerts or meet with friends in my free time.
