Ich suche per 1. Oktober oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n sympathische:n und zuverlässige:n Untermieter:in für ein möbliertes Zimmer in meiner 75 m² grossen Wohnung.

Ich bin 38 Jahre alt. Die Wohnung wird gemeinsam genutzt. Mir ist ein unkompliziertes, respektvolles und angenehmes Zusammenleben wichtig – mit genügend Raum für Privatsphäre.

CHF 1’400.– pro Monat, alles inklusive
Nebenkosten (Strom, Serafe, Möblierung)

Furnished Room in a 75 m² Apartment

I’m looking for a friendly and reliable subtenant for a furnished room in my 75 m² apartment, available from 1 October or by arrangement.

The apartment is shared with me. I value an easy-going, respectful and pleasant living environment, while also making sure there is enough space and privacy for everyone.

Rent: CHF 1,400 per month, all-inclusive Including utilities such as electricity, Serafe and furnishings.
