2 ½ rooms apartment

I am subletting my apartment in central Zurich starting around January 2027 (exact move-in date to be confirmed). The initial sublease contract would be for one year, with the possibility of extending it for a second year or longer.

The apartment is fully furnished and will generally be rented as it is. Some personal items, such as the coffee machine, may be removed, but all essential furniture and equipment will remain, such as kitchen utensils, bathroom items, and similar household items.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and can be accessed both by elevator or stairs.

It is centrally located in Zurich and has been recently renovated.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, while the bathroom includes both a washing machine and a dryer. Internet is already connected and available in the apartment.

In the event that I decide to permanently give up the apartment in the future, the furniture would need to be purchased.

Further details, including the exact move-in date and which personal items or accessories will remain, can be discussed privately.

Utilities are included up to a certain amount. If the actual costs exceed this amount, the additional balance will be charged separately and will need to be settled once the corresponding bill is received.
