Room in a shared flat

Location:
Altstadt Zug (directly at the Burgbach bus stop), 200m to the lake, shopping facilities (Migros & bakery directly next door)
Your room:
Beautiful, approx. 9m2 large room. Shared use of the dining room/kitchen and living room. In the stairwell, there are built-in cupboards for shoes etc. From there, you have direct access to your room and the bathroom, perfect for a shared flat. There is no balcony, but instead a small courtyard or the Seeliken Badi right outside the door.
I am looking for:
Uncomplicated, independent and shared-flat-suitable person. You like things clean, are reliable and appreciate the proximity to the lake.
Flatmate:
Employed with one day of home office. I appreciate an orderly apartment, as well as uncomplicated interaction with one another. I am on the go a lot, enjoy being in nature and like doing sports.
