Room in a shared flat

In our cozy shared flat, a room will temporarily become available as Nora is going traveling for a year. The room is expected to be available from 15.01. to 30.11.2027. Therefore, we are looking for an open and uncomplicated person who fits in well with us.
We are not a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but rather a friendly community with occasional shared moments (coffee in the kitchen, a quick chat after work, maybe eating together sometimes), even though we are both often on the go and our days are sometimes quite full.

Who we are:
Chiara (29) – I am studying environmental engineering part-time, work part-time in the commercial sector, and love plants.
My cat Ginay is also with us (quiet, cuddly, and an important WG member).
Lisa (24) – I work in a veterinary pharmacy, have a big heart for animals, and enjoy being out and about with friends.

What is important to us:
We are looking for someone who has experience living in a shared flat, is around our age, and understands that harmonious coexistence thrives on mutual consideration and communication. Order and cleanliness should be a matter of course, without cleaning fanaticism, but with a sense of responsibility.
About you:
You are friendly, reliable, respect privacy, but also feel like having a bit of shared flat life. You should not have a problem with a cat.
