A spacious and bright 20 m² room (available furnished or unfurnished) is opening up in an 85 m² 4.5-room apartment on Badenerstrasse (8004 Zürich), right near Letzigrund Stadium. The apartment features a calm, comfortable atmosphere shared with one quiet and respectful flatmate. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, dishes, pots, and pans, a shared bathroom, laundry facilities in the basement and a spacious balcony in the living room. Public transport is exceptionally convenient with Tram No. 2 right outside the building, taking you to Zurich HB in 20 minutes, ETH Zurich in 25–30 minutes, and the city center in 15–30 minutes by car. Shops, supermarkets, and everyday amenities are all within short walking distance.
The monthly rent is CHF 1,200.00, all-inclusive (covering heating, electricity, high-speed internet, Serafe, and all utilities). The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished according to your preference. The security deposit is CHF 3,600 (3 months). The move-in date is flexible, with a contract till July 31 with the possibility to extend. I am looking for a clean, quiet, non-smoking, and respectful person (working professional or student) with a stable income and a clean debt-enforcement record (Betreibungsauszug).
