Room in a shared flat

We are renting a room on the 5th floor with access to the roof terrace of a penthouse on the 4th floor. 🌇

The room is separate from the shared flat and has its own access via the stairs of the building. In summer, access via the terrace is also possible.
Thanks to its many windows, the room is very bright and cozy. It looks like a small bar, as it features a wooden table. Unfortunately, the heating does not work at full capacity. However, the main tenant (Gelbart AG) has installed an electric heater that can be controlled via WLAN. Therefore, there is a Swisscom router in the room that you can configure if needed. The room does not have direct access to water or a toilet. Away with the tooth, away with the pain. 😉

Now comes the penthouse:
It is a beautiful 290 m² apartment with a fireplace, laundry room, cinema room, and terrace. Of course, there is also a roof terrace, which is where the room is located.
The spacious rooms are particularly cozy and inviting, as you can see in the pictures. Because you constantly discover something new. 🕵️
