Thanks to the generous amount of space and the two-floor layout, the apartment nevertheless offers a great deal of space and privacy.
Interesting Long-Term Perspective
I expect to retain the small room for a maximum of two years.
After that, there may be an opportunity for the subtenant to take over the entire apartment, provided this is desired at that time and subject to the approval of the property management.
