Room in a shared flat

The room offers a beautiful lake view and practical built-in wardrobes. A walk-in storage area is included with the room (approx. 3m²).

We are a mixed shared apartment and live together in a large villa with plenty of space. In addition to the private rooms, there are various common rooms and a large garden. We are uncomplicated, open, and value pleasant and respectful coexistence, where personal space is also not neglected.

The train station is approx. 4 minutes away on foot, shopping facilities are approx. 5 minutes away on foot, and the lake is only about 2 minutes away. A laundry room as well as an attic and cellar offer plenty of storage space.
