• Room size: 17m², furnished (bed and small table)
• next to the room will be your private toilet
• for shared use kitchen and main bathroom
• 4-minute walk to Schwerzenbach ZH train station
• 15-minute train ride to Zurich HB (city center)
• 3-minute walk to supermarkets (Denner, Migros, migrolino etc.)
• 7-minute walk to shopping mall Volkiland
• Near Greifensee, accessible by walk or bike
• Rent 990 + 110 utilities + 25 Wifi
• electricity is not included, usually it comes around 20 CHF per month
• Deposit is 2 month rent
• No pets or smoking in the apartment

You will share the apartment with me (29) and my partner (32). I am a software engineer and my partner a caregiver at a school.
