2 ½ rooms apartment

We are looking for a replacement tenant for our 160 m² apartment, fully furnished, with spacious and bright rooms and an enchanting panoramic terrace with a view of Lago di Como.
Unlike a classic 2.5 room apartment, the spaces are well separated: the living area is clearly distinct from the sleeping area, to ensure more privacy, comfort, and independence.
Main features:

• 160 m² of living space.
• Fully furnished.
• Large panoramic terrace with a view of Lago di Como.
• Spacious and bright living area.
• Modern and functional kitchen.
• 2 large double bedrooms, each with a balcony.
• 1 bedroom/study with wardrobe
• Walk-in closet
• 2 bathrooms with windows
• Hot tub
• Laundry room for exclusive use
• Heating and cooling with heat pump, with separate temperature regulation in the different rooms
• Photovoltaic system
• Fiber optics and ADSL
• Garage + two external parking spaces (to be taken together, not separable), ideal for a family with up to three cars

The terrace is the most fascinating element of the home: perfect for dining outdoors, relaxing, or simply enjoying the view of the lake.

Conditions:

Net rent: CHF 1'900
Garage + two external parking spaces (mandatory): CHF 200
Expenses: CHF 200
Monthly total: CHF 2'300

Replacement from 1 January 2027 or by agreement
