Room in a shared flat

Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus. Deshalb suche ich ab dem 2. Februar 2027 einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Nach Vereinbarung ist der Einzug auch früher möglich.

Das Zimmer ist 22 m² gross und unmöbliert. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss direkt am Feldrand und besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern und einem kleinen Esszimmer. Küche und Bad teilen wir. Zur Universität sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss, zur Sportanlage 2 Minute.

Kosten pro Monat: CHF 520 Miete + CHF 65 Nebenkosten (Akonto, jährliche Abrechnung) + CHF 24 WLAN + Strom und SERAFE anteilig.

My flatmate is moving out, so I am looking for a new flatmate from 2 February 2027. An earlier move-in date is possible by arrangement.

The room is 22 m² and unfurnished. The flat is on the top floor, right at the edge of the fields, and has two bedrooms and a small dining room. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The university is a 5-minute walk away, and the sports facilities are 2 minute away.

Monthly costs: CHF 520 rent + CHF 65 utilities (paid in advance, settled once a year) + CHF 24 Wi-Fi + a share of electricity and SERAFE (TV/radio licence fee).
