Room in a shared flat

In our cool 4-person shared flat (2 women, 2 men), a furnished room is becoming available for temporary subletting. The reason: I (Ramon) will be working as a ski instructor in the mountains during the winter season. Basically, I could sublet the room from immediately until max. the end of March 2027 (flexible). The rental price is CHF 2060.– per month (all in), including utilities and internet.

Our shared flat is a modern 5.5-room apartment of 222 m² in Gundeli in Basel. The house is located in a quiet courtyard, surrounded by trees. The M-Parc with various shopping facilities (Migros, Denner, Obi, MediaMarkt, Ochsner Sport etc.) is about a 2 min walk away. Basel SBB station is about 5 min away by bicycle. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020, features a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and two bathrooms. In our shared flat, we maintain a social and friendly coexistence. We are not a Zweck-WG (a flatshare solely for convenience).

My room is 9.3 m² in size and fully furnished: 2.40m bed, wardrobe, desk, 55" LG OLED TV with PlayStation 5 as well as smart Philips Hue lighting. The large window provides plenty of daylight and thanks to the blinds, privacy is also not a problem. If needed, things such as bed linen or a bicycle for the city can be organized.

Since I will already be traveling from mid-November, I ask for contact as soon as possible – including a short profile of yourself! As mentioned, living together is important to us, which is why we value interpersonal relationships. By providing a short introduction of yourself (incl. age, profession/studies, hobbies etc.), you increase your chances!
