About the shared flat
Currently, there are two of us living in the shared flat (M25 and W23) and we are looking for a third person, as our previous roommate has moved out.
We both have our own lives and are mostly independent during the week as well as on the weekend. Nevertheless, you naturally meet in between in the kitchen or on the balcony, chat a bit or occasionally do something together.

Your room:
You have your own room with approx. 11 m². Additionally, a shared office is available to us, where everyone has their own corner
We value a quiet, pleasant and clean living atmosphere and wish for it to remain that way.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a young, uncomplicated and tidy person who likes living in a quiet shared flat and does not want to host a shared flat party every weekend. 😊
Important: Together with M25, the main tenancy would have to be taken over. This is basically not a big task – it is mainly about being able to prove sufficient joint income to the administration. In addition, half of the deposit would have to be taken over.
