3 rooms apartment

We are heading out into the world for half a year and are looking for someone to fill our home with life in the meantime.

The apartment:
We are renting out our furnished apartment as a 2-room apartment.
We are using the third room as storage during this time; it remains closed.
The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple.
There is a lake view from the living room, from the bedroom and, with the door open, even from the WC.
From the living room, you can access the balcony.
The apartment offers a lot of privacy: no one can look in.

Location – everything within walking distance
Station: 2 minutes
Bank & Post: 3 minutes
Coop: 4 minutes
Lake with several swimming spots: 4 minutes
Gas station: 1 minute by car

This is all included:
Double bed (160 × 2.0) incl. bed linen
Furniture and storage space for free use, including built-in wardrobe
Basic kitchen equipment: pans, pots, dishes, cutlery, microwave
Additional refrigerator with freezer compartment in the living room
Television and Nintendo Switch
WLAN
Bathroom set with towels and rugs
Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (according to washing plan)
Outdoor parking space

Our plants 🌿
We have a few green roommates living with us who cannot water themselves. Our plants will be happy if they are watered every now and then. You will receive a short instruction from us.
