4 ½ rooms apartment

We are looking for a successor tenant for our 4.5 room apartment. Ideally for us would be from 1 November, but later is also possible. The apartment is very bright and can nevertheless be kept cool in summer. It features a practical storage room (with washing machine and dryer) and large built-in wardrobes in the hallway. It is on the 4th floor, which means you have a beautiful view of the forest from the living room and can enjoy the morning sun. The St. Alban-Teich flows next to the house. From the living room, you can see the water and hear the splashing. There is a large playground in front of the house. It is only a few steps to the park in the greenery and to the Birs. The nearest tram station (Neuewelt, No. 10) is approx. 8 minutes walking distance. The house was completed last year and features a lift, a bicycle room, a room with parcel boxes, and an underground garage. Shopping facilities are St. Jakobpark, Zollweiden (approx. 5 min. by bike) and Gartenstadt (approx. 10 min. by bike).
