Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a serious, reliable, professional, clean and very tidy flatmate, ideally with a stable professional situation, who appreciates a quiet and well-maintained home and treats the common areas with respect.
The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and well connected. Everything needed for everyday life is within immediate proximity. The train station is reachable in approx. 7 minutes on foot, while Lidl, Coop and Jumbo are practically right in front of the door – approx. 1 minute's walk away.
I attach particular importance to cleanliness and a well-maintained household. All common areas – kitchen, living room, balcony and bathrooms – are cleaned daily and maintained with great care. The kitchen is always left clean and tidy after use. Therefore, I am looking for someone who places the same value on order and cleanliness.
The apartment is fully equipped. Among other things, a coffee machine, TV and radio are available. Internet, electricity and all utilities are already included in the rental price, so no additional costs are incurred.
Upon request, a parking space in the underground garage is also available for an additional CHF 100 per month.
I am Alessio, Italian, approx. 40 years old and I also speak Swiss German. I have a 9-year-old daughter who stays with me for about five days every second week. A quiet, pleasant and respectful coexistence is very important to me.
I am primarily looking for someone who wants to feel at home and live in a clean, tidy and relaxed environment and also contributes to keeping it that way.
