A cozy, bright room is becoming available in our fully furnished 3-person flatshare.

• Rent: CHF 1,530 / month
• What’s included: Heating, water, high-speed internet, and a cleaning service for all shared areas once a week.
• Availability: from 1/12/2026
• Furniture Takeover: The apartment is completely equipped. There is a one-time fee of CHF 500 to buy out your share of the shared furniture (living room, kitchen, etc.). The furniture inside the bedroom can also be taken over (price is negotiable)
• The Flat: A spacious apartment featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a shared living/dining area, and clean, well-maintained facilities .
• About Us & Flat Life: You will be living with two young professionals (27m and 31m). We value a balance of a friendly atmosphere and personal privacy. Everyone does their own thing, but we enjoy catching up in the living space over coffee or a casual dinner.
• Who we’re looking for: A young and considerate, working professional (no students, please) who fits well into our dynamic.
