Room in a shared flat

Hi everyone! 👋 I’m moving out beginning of November (ideal 2nd, but tbd when needed earlier) and am looking to pass on my room in Zürich, located in Laubegg (just 7 min from Bahnhof Enge). We have the tram in front of the house and also Migros/Coop. Also, a large modern kitchen, big balcony with views over Zurich, and three easygoing flatmates (both work full-time). Even a BBQ grill though slightly rusty ;)

Rent: 1’319 CHF/month (6 months) or 1’359 CHF/month (3 months).

The room goes through a agency with initial but low registration fees and thereby is also serviced (i.e common rooms are cleaned regularly)
