Bright, furnished apartment stands alone for 8 months of the year and is therefore looking for a flatmate. You live alone for 8 months and (Oct-Feb) we share the home. We are a quiet property with 5 rental apartments.

• 5' to the train station or FHNW Muttenz

5' to the village center (Coop, Post, tram etc.)

• quiet, orderly people are warmly welcome
• Non-smoking apartment
• No pets allowed
• Extract from the debt enforcement register required
• Deposit for 3 months successfully (Without SwissCaution)
• Liability insurance required
