👫 Who we are: We are a young, uncomplicated couple (23 and 24 years old) and are happy to sublet the 2-room apartment to a suitable person.

🏠 About the floor plan: The doors of the individual areas lead into the stairwell – except for the bedroom, which directly borders the living room. This results in a slightly different floor plan with a slight shared-apartment character.

🚗 Parking space: Unfortunately, no private parking space is available.
🚲 Bicycles: We will surely find an uncomplicated solution for that!

📍 The location: Directly above a flower shop 💐 and right next to a bakery 🥐 – so fresh croissants in the morning are very close by! 😉
