Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone,

We are a 5-person shared flat in a spacious 6.5-room apartment on Sandrainstrasse, just above the Marziliquartier – only 2.0 m from the Aare and a 20-minute walk from the station. We have a room available from the end of November.

About the apartment

• 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 2 downstairs)
• 2 bathrooms (one per floor)
• Living kitchen with a kitchen island – ideal for cooking together
• Two large terraces
• The apartment is furnished; however, the room will only be handed over partially furnished. What can be taken over free of charge: desk with 2 chairs, Kallax shelf, wall shelf, 2 pallets, as well as a mattress. In the event that you bring your own furniture, we have enough storage space in our two storage rooms in the cellar :)

We – Samuel (24), Rene (24), Iris (23), Noelle (23) and Silvia (23) – are working, studying, athletic and enjoy cooking. We are open and sociable, but also value our apartment as a place of peace. Plants are part of it for us.
We speak German, Swiss German, Spanish and English.

Who we are looking for

• Open and sociable, at the same time tidy and conscientious
• You feel comfortable in a lively, but also relaxed shared flat
• Preferably over 21 years old
