5 rooms apartment

I am renting 1 or 2 rooms in a farmhouse.
1 room for 450.-- / incl.
2 rooms for 750.-- / incl.

Both rooms are located on the upper floor. Currently, I operate Airbnb with these two rooms. Next to the rooms, there is a larger office. There is a shed and a stable in the lower floor. Living with me are 1 dog, 2 cats and two chickens. PP are available. You could then use the upper floor for yourself alone. There is space for small animals, if you have any: chickens, possibly sheep, ponies, etc.

Kitchen and WC are to be used together. Much could still be realized in the shed next door.

Here, a flower or vegetable garden can be planted and maintained. The house is located between Escholzmatt and Schüpfheim at 800 meters. The forest is quite close. Autarkic living is possible here.
