Room in a shared flat

Hey Duuu!
A room is becoming available with us again – and we are looking for someone who isn't just looking for four walls, but is interested in a relaxed, uncomplicated shared flat with a good atmosphere.
Currently, we are two quite relaxed guys: an electrician and a creative mind with athletic ambitions. We are not a classic Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience) where you only nod to each other in the hallway – at the same time, no one has to sit at the shared kitchen table every evening.
You chat with one another, perhaps have a drink together sometimes, cook together occasionally, or do something spontaneously. Especially in summer, it is of course tempting to quickly head towards Bodensee. At the same time, everyone has their own daily routine and their own space.
What is important to us: respectful interaction and a clean apartment. We like it casual, but in such a way that everyone feels at home. No cleaning barracks vibe – just a normal understanding that you look after the apartment together.
And the location makes the whole thing quite pleasant:
The Bodensee is directly nearby, it is about 3 minutes on foot to the train station and from there you can quickly get in all directions – also to the PHSG in Rorschach.
For everyday life, you also have everything practically at your doorstep: The avec directly at the train station is our little all-rounder and at the same time a central meeting point. You can reach the Migros in around 10 minutes on foot or about 3–5 minutes by bike.
The Pizzeria is also only around 1 minute away.
All in all, you don't just get a room here, but a quite pleasant mix of:
Bodensee at your doorstep, train station around the corner, relaxed WG atmosphere, cleanliness, personal space, and yet people you can hang out with sometimes.
