We are passing on our cozy 2.5-room apartment at Mythenweg 2 in Wohlen immediately or by arrangement.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is particularly quietly situated. At the same time, you are very quickly in the center and at the most important shopping facilities.

The apartment features a cozy living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and window. A washing machine is also available.

In the kitchen, we would leave our dishwasher to the subsequent tenant. We bought it ourselves, it works perfectly, and can be taken over directly.

A cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment. A garage box can also be taken over for CHF 120.– per month.

The location

The apartment is very well located and yet pleasantly quiet:

• 🚆 Bahnhof Wohlen: approx. 5 minutes on foot
• 🛒 Migros: approx. 3 minutes on foot
• 🛒 Coop: approx. 7 minutes on foot
• 💊 Apotheke: approx. 5 minutes on foot
• 🌿 Erdmannlistein: only 2 stations away by train and ideal for walks and excursions into nature
• 🚆 During office hours, there is also a direct train connection to Zürich

The apartment is suitable for both a single person and a couple. Due to the quiet surroundings, the central location, and the cozy atmosphere, we felt very comfortable here.

Since we have already moved, we would like to pass the apartment on to a suitable subsequent tenant and are therefore looking for someone who would like to take it over immediately or by arrangement.
