The room and the apartment
A beautiful room is becoming available in our spacious, modern apartment in a prime location in Thalwil:

• Your room: Approx. 13 m2, flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful parquet flooring and a view of the greenery as well as a lateral view of Lake Zurich.
• Furnished: Equipped with a bed, mattress, desk and chair. You can move in directly and feel at home.
• The apartment: Large, sunny living and dining room, modern balcony for relaxing in the greenery, modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a bright bathroom with double washbasin and bathtub. Additional storage space in built-in cupboards in the hallway is also available.

Top location and walking distances
The apartment is centrally located yet quiet in a well-maintained neighborhood:

• Lake Zurich and boat station: approx. 5 to 6 walking minutes (approx. 450 m), perfect for a swim after work or a walk along the shore.
• Thalwil station: only 5 walking minutes (approx. 350 m). From there, S-Bahn trains and express trains run every minute (in just 9 to 12 minutes directly at Zürich HB or in approx. 15 minutes in Zug and Luzern).
• Shopping facilities: Migros, Coop, bakeries, post office and pharmacies in the center of Thalwil are also easily reachable on foot in approx. 5 to 7 walking minutes.
