Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a room in our 5-person shared flat as of 15.02.2027, as one roommate is moving out. We are currently 2 men (20 and 36 years old) and 3 women (31, 34 and 44). The shared flat is located in a terraced single-family house with a garden in a quiet neighborhood. The Migros Reinach is 4 min. away on foot, the tram stop Landererstrasse and Coop are 12 min. away on foot. The Aumatten stop is approx. 3 walking minutes away. Otherwise, various fitness centers and walking paths as well as the swimming pool are in the nearby vicinity.

We wish for a relaxed person who is clean and willing to also actively help with the household and take over tasks according to a plan. Sometimes we organize barbecues / dinners together and would wish that you are also there sometimes. However, this is of course not an obligation.

The room has the following equipment:

• two built-in wardrobes
• single bed
• wall shelf
• window

The photos are only sample photos, as the room is currently occupied. You are welcome to come on-site and look at the room more closely, or if necessary, rooms can also be swapped.

A parking space can be rented additionally for CHF 2.0.

The bathroom on the upper floor is shared. The shared washing machine can be used 1-2 times per week.
