2 rooms apartment

Since I will be traveling for three months from January to the end of March 2027, I am looking for a reliable and uncomplicated person for this period for my cozy 2-room apartment in St. Johann in Basel.
The apartment is rented fully furnished – so you can simply move in with your suitcase and feel comfortable and at home here.
It features a separate bedroom, a cozy living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a small balcony. Washing machine and tumbler are also located directly in the apartment.
The apartment is located in St. Johann – a lively and beautiful district with everything one needs in everyday life. Shopping facilities and public transport are close by, and the Rhine as well as the city center are also quickly reachable.
🐈 Small special feature: Cats live in the house or with my neighbor - and one or two also like to pop by the balcony spontaneously. Therefore, it would be nice if you are animal-loving and would rather be happy than disturbed by occasional cat visits 😊
Period: January to the end of March 2027
Rent: CHF 1’500.–/month incl. utilities
Since my apartment is very dear to me, I wish for someone who feels comfortable in it and takes just as much care of it. Ideally, a rental for the entire three months would be best for me.
