We're looking to sublet our 4.5-room lake-view apartment in Zug for a short period, with the option for a long-term lease takeover afterwards.

• 7-minute walk to Zug train station
• 1 minute to Lakefront Zugersee

• 5 minutes to Metalli (Migros, Lidl, Bachmann and other shops)

Availability:

• Early October to end of November: short-term sublet. Dates are flexible, with preference for someone who can take the full period.
• From early December: potential long-term lease takeover, with a new contract directly with the landlord/property management.
• An earlier/later long-term takeover may also be possible by arrangement.

• Approximately 140 m2 indoor space
• Top-floor apartment
• Large lake-facing balcony, smaller street-facing balcony, and private rooftop terrace
• Master bedroom, living room, kitchen and home office all have lake views and access to the large balcony
• High ceilings
• Lots of built-in storage, including custom wardrobes and wall cabinets
• Washing machine and dryer on the same floor, shared with one neighbour
• Some Furniture needs to be taken over

Proof of income is required. Deposit is two months' rent.
