The apartment is well laid out and features a bright living/sleeping area, an open cooking area, a bathroom, as well as a small balcony. Due to the large windows, the apartment feels pleasantly friendly and bright.

The location is very practical: the bus stop is practically directly in front of the front door, the train station is reachable in approx. 8 minutes. Migros, Denner and Post are also located in the immediate vicinity.

A private cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. The cellar area was renovated about a year ago and is locked/secured. A fiber optic connection is available.

A garage/parking space can be rented additionally if required.

Appartement agréable et compact, idéal pour une personne seule à la recherche d’un logement central tout en conservant un espace privé et confortable.

L’appartement est bien agencé et comprend un espace séjour/chambre lumineux, un coin cuisine ouvert, une salle de bain ainsi qu’un petit balcon. Grâce aux grandes fenêtres, le logement est agréable et lumineux.

L’emplacement est très pratique : l’arrêt de bus se trouve pratiquement devant l’immeuble et la gare est accessible en environ 8 minutes. Migros, Denner et la poste se trouvent également à proximité immédiate.

Un compartiment de cave privatif fait partie du logement. La cave a été rénovée il y a environ un an et l’espace est fermé et sécurisé. Une connexion à la fibre optique est également disponible.
