Are you looking for a home for a few months instead of just an apartment? Then this might be a match:

Temporary, furnished, mid-January - June 2027

During our trip, we are renting out our lovingly furnished 4.5-room maisonette apartment on the Engehalbinsel in Bern, furnished and for a limited period.

The apartment is located practically directly on the Aare: 70 meters to the water, 50 meters to the Fährstrasse bus stop. The maisonette extends over the 3rd floor and the converted attic and offers a high-end standard of finish with a modern kitchen and bathroom and beautiful oak parquet.

The apartment offers:

• 4.5 rooms on two floors
• 2 balconies, one with a beautiful view of the Aare
• Modern kitchen and high-quality bathroom in owner's standard
• Garden for shared use with lounge and BBQ area
• Quiet, green location and yet quickly in the city

And what else?
Let's put it this way: The apartment comes with many things that people in their thirties dream of. Perfect espresso from the portafilter machine, an after-work beer from your own tap (beer kegs can be exchanged at the Felsenau Brauerei next door), a game of darts on the machine like in a pub, mild summer evenings on the balcony or in the garden, and Aare swimming as much as you can do is included.

Availability

• At the earliest from mid-January 2027
• At the latest until the end of June 2027

Minimum rental period: 3 months

Rent CHF 2'600. per month incl. utilities and furnishing.
Additionally, we can also "sublet" WIFI, Sunrise TV, cleaning professional and similar at the actual costs.
