About us & shared flat life

We are Alex (33) and Phil (40), are in a relationship and nevertheless, in our shared flat, we also value our individual space. We are now looking for another person who is interested in a relaxed and communal shared flat life.

Alex studies Social Work, Phil works as a Project Manager for Environmental Strategy. In our free time, we spend a lot of time outdoors, whether hiking, cycling, or simply taking relaxed walks in nature. We also like good music, good food, and occasionally have visitors for game nights or other cozy gatherings.

We wish for a harmonious and open shared flat where one feels comfortable, enjoys coming home, and can enjoy both retreat space and shared time, whether over an after-work Mate, a profound conversation, or spontaneous activities.

We are a non-smoker shared flat; smoking is also not permitted on the balcony.

We are open to fixed-term tenancies and are particularly pleased to welcome weekly residents (Wochenaufenthalter:innen). The connection to the train and highway makes this ideal.
