Room in a shared flat

Flatmate wanted – ground floor apartment on Chamerstrasse

I am looking for a flatmate for our beautiful ground floor apartment on Chamerstrasse. The photos are a snapshot. These will still be cleared out and you are welcome to help decide how they should be furnished.
About me: I am Denise, almost 40. Currently, I often work from home for my studies (until summer 2027), otherwise at a school. I speak German, Italian, French and English, and I am currently learning Spanish.

How I imagine living together:
Everyone should be able to enjoy their peace and privacy. However, if one feels like it, a conversation, a coffee or a glass of wine together is also possible. This is not a must, but it is allowed.

Important to me:
Please announce visitors briefly and no regular long-term visitors (e.g., partner every weekend)
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the block
A friendly interaction with everyone, especially our older, very lovely neighbors

What awaits you:
Your own spacious room and kitchen/dining area, large living room, bathroom (with bathtub), garden space and cellar compartment (rather small) for shared use.
The apartment is furnished with the essentials, you do not need your own furniture (the bed is still open). If you would like to bring your own anyway, we will surely find a solution.
Household insurance is included in the rental price.
I clean the apartment once a week, so there is no flatmate conflict about cleaning ;-)
The Lorzen bus stop is directly in front of the door, and with a bike, you are at the station in 7 minutes.
You are at the Brüggli (swimming pool and lake) in a 3-minute walk. You are welcome to borrow my two stand-up paddles sometime.
There is a garden seating area with a table and lake view.
You can reach Aldi, Lidl and the Herti-Zentrum (Coop, Migros, Denner) in 10 minutes.
If you were to need a garage space, you could rent it additionally (approx. 70 CHF per month)
