This apartment building is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from Zürich Hauptbahnhof (Zürich HB). The trendy 'Kreis 5' district offers numerous restaurants, shops, and bars. Supermarkets are just a few steps away, and the Zürich Limmat is also just a stone's throw from the building. The nearest tram stop is a 2-minute walk away, and most sights such as the Zürich Niederdorf or the lakeside promenade are also reachable on foot. Despite the central location, the apartments are located in a quiet residential area. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a security deposit/damage deposit of CHF 2.000,00, which will be refunded after check-out provided the apartment is returned in proper condition, and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200,00 must be paid directly to the trusted partner after booking. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby cot for CHF 15,00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10,00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75,00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights).
