We are looking for a man experienced in shared living (30–55 years old)

Do you feel like living together in a dream location? We are looking for an open, attentive, and WG-experienced man who enjoys community and likes to lend a hand. It is particularly important to us that you have interest and also time for the work in our large garden.

° Your new home
Our charming villa from the 1930s offers a cozy parlor, kitchen, large entrance hall, workshop, garage, and laundry room with a drying room.
Two bright rooms with balconies (room 53 m²) are available to you: a sunny south room on the ground floor and a west room with a balcony on the 1st floor.
The highlight is our large garden with a fire pit, which offers plenty of space for gardening and relaxing.

° Move-in: on 1. February 2027
° Rent: CHF 1'019.–/month incl. utilities, internet as well as shared household costs and items.

° Your roommates
We are Sabine (46) actress and singer, Chantal (56) restorer, Eliane (45) drama therapist and lawyer, Alva (58) teacher and singer-songwriter, and Roger (63) freelance designer.
We are a well-organized and warm-hearted WG and take care of the house and garden together. We enjoy the connection with one another and at the same time the freedom for individual interests, projects, and retreat. Even though we are frequently on the move, we remain appreciatively connected to each other. Community arises naturally for us.
