Room in a shared flat

WG-Zimmer in Mönchaltorf
In our 6-person shared flat "Villa Lyndhôven" in the heart of Mönchaltorf, a room is becoming available and we are looking for a new female roommate ♀ on 15. November or by arrangement, indefinitely.
We are five upbeat, uncomplicated, and enterprising people who have created a loving home for themselves in a large and very specially renovated farmhouse. We enjoy playing and listening to music together, cooking and eating together, realizing ourselves in the garden, and like to invite friends to our shared flat.
In the large garden, we grow vegetables, have a pond and a beautiful outdoor shower, or we sit by the campfire, craft something in our workshop, and linger in the reading corner with a library. We would be happy to share everything with you!
The rent is 1100.- per month, plus 2.0.- utilities. We have a rotating cleaning plan, fixed WG chores, and are connected to a food coop, through which we obtain certain storable food items.
In our shared flat, we do not just live, but live together. We are therefore not a Zweck-WG (flatshare for convenience only) and are happy that everyone contributes and participates in living together. Nevertheless, everyone also needs time and space for themselves.
By WE we mean:
Andrin (30), automation technician, plays guitar sensationally and almost as well volleyball. Our technical handyman and artist.
Debby (27), environmental engineer, plays handpan and is in the lake in any weather. She feels perfectly at home with kitchen projects and in the craft room. Takes care of our house plants together with Raffi.
Katharina-Mayra (37), loves to linger and act outdoors in nature, likes to dance and sing with the guitar and mows the lawn.
Michi (36) with Zag, biologist, lives for and with nature. Likes to be active and outdoors. Manages our finances and coordinates the recycling system.
Raffi (35), bookseller, often and gladly reads (no way!), games and loves sunny walks. Dishwashing is his territory and he defends it accordingly.
Zag (6), Podenco mixed breed from Malaga, loyal soul, quiet but loves the proximity to people. We don't know if he never learned to bark or has unlearned it again...
