Room in a shared flat

I’m leaving my room in our 3-room apartment in the heart of Lausanne - Bel-Air.

Move-in date: 1st Nov or first week of November (exact date to be specified).

About the apartment:

• 2 bedrooms facing an inner courtyard → very quiet and bright
• 1 living room
• Separate renovated kitchen
• 1 bathroom
• Cellar included
• Excellent central location in Bel-Air, Lausanne

Rent: approximately CHF 1’045.– / month + charges.

Furniture: the bedroom will be unfurnished, with the option to take over 1 or 2 items. The rest of the apartment is furnished.

About your future housemate:

You would be living with a 26-year-old Belgian PhD student in Materials Science at EPFL. He speaks English, Dutch and French, and enjoys tennis, running, sports in general, and social activities.

Application requirements:

To be considered, you should be able to provide:

• At least a B permit or a longer-term Swiss residence permit
• Your 3 most recent payslips
• A recent (max 3 months old) debt collection register extract (extrait du registre des poursuites)
