I am offering for rent a room in a beautiful independent house, quiet and surrounded by greenery, in an environment conducive to well-being and professional practice.

The house will be shared by 3 people, all active in the field of sport and well-being. Each person has their own room.

The house includes:

• 3 individual bedrooms
• 2 toilets
• 1 bathroom
• 3 floors
• A large garden
• A quiet and green environment
• A parking space in front of the house: CHF 100./month

A professional space dedicated to well-being is also available:

• Fully equipped office
• Massage / reflexology table
• Waiting room
• Space adapted for consultations and treatments
• Studio for group classes: yoga, Pilates, meditation, movement or other well-being activities

The room is intended preferably for a person who practices an activity in the field of well-being, health, movement or body practices, in order to create a beautiful synergy between the people who live and work in the house.

Rent: CHF 1300./month
Charges: CHF 200./month
Parking: CHF 100./month
Deposit / advance: 2 months' rent

The goal is to create a professional and human environment where everyone can develop their activity while sharing a pleasant and inspiring space.
