Room in a shared flat

Hoi, I am Jérémy and since I am moving into a new apartment, my shared flat room at Milchbuck will become available from 3./4. October or by arrangement. It is 13.5 m² in size and is located on the quiet side, opposite the football pitch of FC Unterstrass. The room faces north and therefore remains pleasantly cool in the summer. Despite this, a lot of light comes in throughout the day through the two windows.

You would live with Adrian and Nicholas. Adrian (31) from Solothurn works in the finance sector and has been in the shared flat for two years. He likes training in the gym and regularly travels to Solothurn to visit his family. Nicholas (27) comes from the USA, is doing a PhD in environmental sciences and has only been with us for a few days. He likes hiking in the mountains and goes jogging outside. He is uncomplicated and is looking forward to improving his German. Both value their privacy, but also enjoy eating together spontaneously sometimes and talking about all sorts of things.

Some of the furniture in the pictures belongs to me and will move with me. So there is space left for you to furnish with your own things.

Ideally, you work, are doing an internship, or are at the end of your Master's. If you are tidy and stick to the cleaning plan, you will fit in perfectly with us. :-) It is a plus if you feel like bringing fresh air into the shared flat together with Nicholas, as you are both new.
