Furnishing
The apartment will be handed over furnished. The following items will be taken by the landlord: screen, vintage desk, chairs (to be replaced), plants, clothes as well as other visible accessories. Exactly what remains will be bindingly recorded at the handover and regulated in the rental agreement.
Insurance and cleaning
Upon conclusion of the contract, proof of household contents insurance and third-party liability insurance must be provided. Upon return, a professional final cleaning must be ensured by the subtenant.
Deposit
Upon conclusion of the contract, a deposit in the amount of 3 net monthly rents must be paid.
