Furnished room with balcony in a 4-room apartment in Saint-Sulpice.

Hello everyone, we are Anna and Bruna, respectively a doctoral student and a master's student at EPFL. We are looking for a new flatmate as soon as possible! We prefer a female-only shared flat.

The apartment is a lovely 4-room apartment located in Saint-Sulpice, with a large open-plan kitchen/living area. The room is very spacious and has a large balcony, a double bed, a bedside table, a desk, and a chest of drawers. You will also have a small private bathroom with WC and washbasin.

It is located 20 minutes on foot from EPFL and UNIL, 5 minutes from the lake, and only 2 minutes from the "Russel" bus stop. The bus provides a direct connection to the M2 metro (5 minutes) and the Renens station (25 minutes). It is also located 25 minutes from the Migros and Denner supermarkets.

The apartment consists of :
2 fully furnished open kitchen
2 large living room
2 bathrooms with WC, washbasin and shower
2 separate bathroom with WC and washbasin
3 bedrooms
2 large balcony common to the kitchen and the living room
2 private balcony
