Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone!

We (Martina, Marta and Roman), between 25 and 35 years old, are looking for one or two new roommates for our lively and cozy shared apartment (WG).

We live in a large single-family house with plenty of space, a beautiful garden, and an open, uncomplicated atmosphere. We enjoy cooking together, crafting, having creative project ideas, baking, or simply sitting together cozily and chatting. At the same time, there are of course also quiet moments – we respect it when someone needs peace or wants to withdraw.

It is important to us that the new person enjoys WG life and likes to get involved. We hold regular WG meetings where we discuss wishes, concerns, and the organization of everyday life (chores, etc.) together.

What connects us

We love the lake, enjoy being outdoors, and often meet spontaneously in the kitchen or living room for a short – or long 😄 – chat.

We are looking for someone who …

👩 Martina

Martina works at a school as a handicrafts teacher. She is our creative soul and at the same time the fittest in the house. Furthermore, she probably owns more plants than everyone else combined. 🌱

👩 Marta

Marta is our "Puff-Mutter" (mess mother), as she is affectionately called by the others, and has quasi grown up in the house. She works in shift operation in the asylum sector and loves wakeboarding, good parties, cozy evenings at home, Aperol Spritz, and her friends.

👨 Roman

Roman is our sympathetic young roommate and works with moss 🌿. He is a relaxed and sociable guy – and his laughter is definitely infectious. 😄

🏠 About the house

The house offers plenty of space and various possibilities to withdraw or spend time together.

Currently, there is one furnished room available for 1000CHF. Additionally, there is another room on the 2nd floor with its own balcony for CHF 1’100.– per month.

Together we use:

• Bathroom with shower/bathtub
• two WCs
• large kitchen
• large living room
• garden
• cellar
• laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer

📍 Location

The house is centrally located and yet nicely quiet. Lake, forest, shopping facilities, and train station are each reachable in about 7–10 minutes on foot.
